About Lacrosse in Central Oregon
Lacrosse is a Spring sport with a strong history in Central Oregon. There’s a lot of lacrosse going on in the region, and lacrosse isn’t sponsored by any school district. Because of this, high schools in the area have nonprofit organizations that manage their high school program, which are considered “clubs” at the schools. The boys high school programs often offer affiliated youth teams, usually starting in 3rd or 5th grade, which compete against other school-affiliated teams throughout the state.

Beginner Lacrosse: Central Oregon Sixes
(1st - 8th Grade)
A great introduction to this amazing fast-paced game, Central Oregon Sixes is starting in Spring 2024 and offers a Co-Ed option with no gear or experience required. There will be options to sign up in Sisters, Redmond, and Bend. Come play with your friends!

For more experienced players looking to travel around the state and play a combination of games and tournaments, Bend-Caldera and Summit Youth both offer programs.
